This unique program is designed for clients who have the desire and financial ability to purchase a home but lack the sufficient credit score to enable them to qualify. Any applicant who enrolls in the COSMOS CREDIT SOLUTIONS’ HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM will be credit score eligible to purchase a home within 240 days. If not, we will work on their file until they are Credit Eligible to buy a home, FOR FREE!!!
That’s Right we will work on your Credit File until you are Credit Score Eligible to Buy a Home for as long as it takes at no extra cost to you

Eligibility Requirements
• Have a mid credit score of 550 or above. Have two (2) or more positive trade lines, which are open. If the applicant does not have any open trade lines, they must acquire at least two (2) open trade lines with COSMOS CREDIT SOLUTIONS’ assistance. The balances must remain at 30% or less of the available credit limit on revolving accounts.
• May not have any thirty (30), sixty (60) or ninety (90) day late payments on any open trade lines from the date of enrollment.
• May not have any new collections occur from the date of enrollment.
• May not be in arrears to a child support collection agency without a wage garnishment or repayment plan in effect.
• May not have any foreclosures or bankruptcies in the past twenty-four (24) months.
• Must forward all correspondence receive from the three (3) national credit-reporting agencies to COSMOS CREDIT SOLUTIONS within three (5) days of receipt.
• Must stay enrolled in COSMOS CREDIT SOLUTIONS’ Credit Repair program for 8 consecutive months.
• Must make all scheduled payments to COSMOS CREDIT SOLUTIONS as agreed upon in the contract. The GUARANTEE will become null and void if any scheduled payments are missed.
